Registration is still open for the Nonprofit Technology Network’s (NTEN) annual conference, known as the Nonprofit Technology Conference or #17NTC. The coming conference happens in Washington, D.C., from March 23-25, 2017.
The conference is my favorite to attend each year, hands down. Imagine 2,000+ nonprofit professionals from around the world, 100+ sessions, great keynotes, networking, vendors and lots of fun sprinkled in – that’s the NTC in a nutshell. I have met some of my best friends/colleagues at this conference. It’s home to a community, rather than a one-time event where you never see people ever again, because opportunities to engage with conference-goers and NTEN members are provided in various formats throughout the year.
I’m so pleased to be giving two breakout sessions this year and am looking forward to collaborating with some really smart folks:
- “SUPERCHARGE Your Technology Training! Techniques for the ‘Accidental’ Trainer” with Jeanne Allen, Beth Kanter and John Kenyon
- “From Accidental to Intentional: Taking Your NPtech Career to the Next Level” with Johanna Bates, Tracy Kronzak and Jessie Lee
If you need help getting to the conference, check out the Justification Kit for a sample letter and tips for talking about the conference with your supervisor. Additionally, there will be opportunities to volunteer in exchange for a discounted rate, applications for which will open in late December.
I hope to see you there!
